OUR AREAS
Valencia City
Situated on the east coast of Spain and with a population
of 750.000, the sophisticated and historical city continues
as one of the most sought after locations in the Mediterranean
and if not Europe. Aside from its splendid climate, approximately
three hundred days or 90% of sunshine per annum, Valencia
is attracting people from all walks of life; Business people,
artists, sporting people, holiday makers and in more recent
times investors. The city and surrounding areas offer an extremely
high quality and affordable lifestyle for which it has been
famous with the Spanish for many years but undiscovered in
recent times by foreigners.
Home of many cultures throughout the ages; Romans, Visigoths,
Moors and the Aragonese, the province is dripping with culture
offering a seductive mixture of traditional and modern customs,
including Europe's most famous and colourful spring festival
"Las Fallas". Equipped with hundreds of hotels it
is still advisable to pre-book accommodation in advance as
over a million people flood to Valencia for La Fallas to see
the creative display of paper-Mache monuments that are set
alight traditionally on the 19th March. The breath taking
fireworks displays, the marching bands and the incredibly
colourful display of flowers and local dress as the Valencia
people guarantee to offer you simply the best in hospitality
and a sincere, friendly unforgettable experience. It has to
be seen to be believed.
You need to be aware that Valencia is nothing
like the typical holiday resorts; and to realise this just
take a walk along the historic river Turia running through
the heart of the city which has been completely transformed
to paradise in the middle of a city. It is the real historic

Another major tourist attraction is the world-renowned City
of Arts and Science, which attracts four million annual visitors
and is equally fascinating to adults and children alike. This
attraction coupled with many other developments around Valencia

surrounding areas the international recognition she richly
deserves.
One must remember that Valencia offers much
more than just its spectacular city but many villages and
towns all connected by a fantastic transport infrastructure.
These villages and towns offer people simply the real Spain
and a new way of life in a beautiful climate., beautiful plazas
with people relaxing on the terraces, stunning views of the
many valleys packed with orange groves, mountains, vine yards,
peach fields, olive grooves and lemons all maintained by local
people who's hospitality is simply second to none and who

in welcomingly. The feeling of unspoiled tradition mixed with
sophistication and still affordable way of living.
MONTSERRAT, MONTROY AND REAL DE MONTROY (REAL)
Distance to Valencia airport 20 minutes. Distance to Valencia
City 30 minutes.
Montserrat, Montroy and Real de Montroy are
3 good size towns with all amenities available; the three
towns are within 5 minutes of each other. There are medical
centres, large supermarkets, video clubs, vet clinics, banks,
schools, and mechanics and basically everything you need to
live day to day. Internet is available in all villages. The
areas surrounding the villages are where most of the villas
or houses are situated; Usually within 5 to15 minutes of the
towns, therefore the use of a car is important.
English is spoken by many people but learning the basics in
Spanish will pay dividends when communicating for the day
to day necessities. These areas are Spanish and nothing like
the typical holiday resorts.
The road system here is very modern and you are nearly always
a maximum 15 minute drive from other towns and villages such
as Torrente (the largest town in the Valencian suburb) with
2 metro stations direct to Valencia city and over 80.000 of
a population. All towns have sport complexes and dozens of
restaurants, plazas and local Spanish bars. The largest shopping
malls in Spain (Bon Aire) is 20 minutes drive from Montserrat.
The A7 motor way which is the main Valencia to Alicante motorway
is 12 minutes from Monserrat, Montroy and Real de Montroy.
TURIS
Distance to Valencia airport 25 minutes and Valencia City
30 minutes
Turis is a beautiful typical Valencian town
full of old Spain charm and plazas again with all the needed
amenities. It is a very tranquil and peaceful place to live
set in the middle of a valley surrounded by orange grooves
and vine yards. It has 2 restaurants, several local bars and
a social club. The Turis area has an expat English community
but it is low key and enables everyone to enjoy meeting or
privacy depending on personal circumstances.
These sorts of areas are perfect for a relaxing family holiday
home or all year living in the real Spain. Turis has excellent
access to the A3 Madrid - Valencia motorway allowing you to
explore more of what total Spain has to offer.
CATADAU, LLOMBAI & ALFARP
Distance to Valencia airport 35 minutes and Valencia City
40 minutes. Motorway access to the A7 Valencia to Alicante
(12km) from these villages is excellent.
These historic, incredibly beautiful villages have the architecture,
plazas and customs that will immediately give you a feeling
of history and real Spain living. They are situated side by
side so you can walk from one village to another within minutes.
They are famous for their traditions such as peach growing,
orange groves and leather making. The three villages are independent
of each other and have dozens of el fresco plazas, local Spanish
bars, and all the needed amenities. Complimenting the large
supermarkets are quaint corner shops, for example, the local
bakeries, butchers and sweet shops will make you feel like
you are stepping back in time.
The locals are wonderful people and it is often that you will
see them sitting out side their homes chatting with our clients
and they seem always to be ready to help in any way they can.
The train and metro links are a great way to access central
Valencia, these can be found in the neighbouring town, Benifayo
(11km). The majority of property that we offer in this area
is situated within 10 minutes of the three villages. Just
out side these three villages you have one of the most beautiful
mountain ranges and natural parkland in Valencia (5 minutes
away). This is ideal for walking with pets or having a family
BBQ. There are endless places to explore and please keep in
mind that all year you have access to local festivals in dozens
of different towns and villages and of course the biggest
of these festivals is Las Fallas in Valencia in March every
year.
ALBERIC
Distance to Valencia airport 35 minutes, distance to Valencia
City 40 minutes.
We handle the sale of many homes and plots of land on the
beautiful urbanisation of San Cristobal in Alberic,
This is a private urbanisation were the plots of land tend
to be bigger than other towns, There is a gated entrance that
comes into affect after 10pm every evening and the roads throughout
the urbanisation are in excellent condition. One very important
fact about San Cristobal is the views, most properties here
have incredible panoramic views of Alberic and many towns
but also the surrounding mountains. The nearest train station
is 5 minutes away in Alberic town itself. The town of Alberic
has every amenity you would need but larger towns like Azira
or the historic Xativa are very close by. The main motorway
to Valencia is only an 8 minute drive from these properties.
There are private international schools available in this
area.
